Meet Rachel Wilkinson. She has a Communications degree, Diplomas in Remedial Massage, Holistic Counselling and is currently studying a Masters of Counselling. She has some 20 years experience working in the corporate sector and brings this knowledge and understanding into her every day practice with Wello Well.

Rachel works with individuals, couples, youth and families towards positive outcomes, during times of stress and change, assisting with relationships, parenting, anxiety, grief, depression and addiction.

During her career, Rachel wrote an e-book titled Hell in a Handbag, chronicling a 90 day foray into a booze free life. She is a kids’ yoga teacher and enjoys working with adolescents and young people. She loves coffee, dogs, swimming and is a terrible housewife. She is married with two children and a sock-thieving Cavoodle.

Introducing Annette James, she has previously worked in a local Massage clinic, during this time she has experience in pregnancy, elderly, sports, and assisting clients with acute and chronic injuries with pain management. Annette enjoys being a part of her client’s health and pain management journey.

During the treatment Annette will assess and can offer MFR Trigger Points, and Cupping Therapy to assist with recovery. Annette’s initial massage experience was part of the sports massage team providing treatment to the local NRL players.

Annette is a registered member with Massage and Myotherapy Australia. Health fund rebates available. Annette is married with three young kids two cats and a dog, while also studying to further her skills to benefit her clients.

Outside the clinic she can been seen at the local netball courts or local coffee shops.


Wendy is an AHPRA registered physiotherapist, who is also registered to practice in New Zealand and the USA, with broad experience over 25 years in a variety of clinics settings including inpatient acute care, outpatient, sports medicine and rehabilitation; working with patients in all age groups of varying abilities.

She is highly competent with a significantly effective integrative manual approach and is dedicated to positive outcomes in all of her patients. She has a reputation of achieving positive outcomes when common physical therapy approaches have been unsuccessful.
