OVER 36 MASTERS CHALLENGE
8 WEEKS OF FIGHT READY PREPARATION

Train as if preparing for an upcoming amateur bout.

Improve your fitness, endurance, technique and mindset.

At the end of the 8 week FIGHT-FIT challenge you will be given the opportunity to get in the ring and test your skills learnt over the course of the challenge.   You will be matched up with someone of similar weight, experience.  Alternatively you will spar one of the existing Club fighters or one of the Coaches at a reduced level.

YOUR COMMITMENT:

Challenge participants must commit to attending the following classes at a minimum

  • Technical class Sunday morning – 7:30am NO EXCUSES!!!
  • Tuesday 6.30pm FightFit
  • Thursday 5.30pm FightFit

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

  • Mouthguard
  • Wraps
  • Gloves
  • Commitment

WHY TAKE ON THE CHALLENGE?

It’s not natural for anyone to be punched in the face.  However in life you need to step out of your comfort zone and understand how far you can push, both your physical and mental abilities but more importantly your mental attributes.

Boxing like no other sport enables yourself to come up close and personal with yourself.

YOU CAN EXPECT IN 8 WEEKS:

You can expect to lift your fitness levels beyond where you’ve been before or even where you think you can go.  Your technical abilities will be enhanced and your mindset will change to understand the mental and physiological requirements needed to be resilient in a boxing ring.

  • Train to be fight fit and experience the physical sparring aspect
