What is it?

A hybrid class combing boxing technique/fitness combined with yoga and relaxation.

What does it do?

Opposites attract and that’s exactly what you get from this class. Full body burn to tone arms, back and chest and then a transition into balancing the body, mind & spirit.

How will I feel?

Amazing we take you to 100 and back to zero. Bring your daily worries to this class, we’ll beat them into remission and then send you home feeling calm, rejuvenated and ready for a great sleep.

Amped Boxing

What is it?

Shadow boxing, pad and bag work combined with cardio fitness.

What does it do?

Gets you fit whether you want to fight in the ring or not and refines your boxing combinations.

PENALTY BOX® 30 / 45

What is it?

Penalty Box® is a complete body workout program based around a patented ftiness product. Using an all-in-one agility square and hurdle system for quick twitch muscle movements.

Improves agility, cardio fitness, strength and co-ordination

Yoga Flow

What is it?

Yoga postures and sequencing to heal the body, sooth the mind and encourage you to be present and give an hour to yourself. Dare to be self-indulgent.

What does it do?

Yoga improves your balance, strength, flexibility and helps to tone and elongate the muscles. Allows the body to stretch, twist & turn and rewards you with a grounded and calm mindset.

Restored, relaxed, calm and detoxified.

Junior Boxing

What is it?

Boxing technique and fitness for ages 6 to 15yo.

What does it do?

Open Training

What is it?

Allows you to train at your own pace outside of normal set classes, whilst being surrounded by our Competition boxers preparing for upcoming fights. Watching others will elevate your learning curve when skill levels are higher than your own.

What does it do?

Critique your Boxing technique and improve fitness levels.

krav-maga

Krav-Maga

What is it?

A self-defence system established in the 1940s and developed by the Israeli army. Based on the use of reflexive responses to a threatening situations.

What does it do?

A combination of boxing, wrestling, judo and other realistic systems.

How will I feel?

Empowered.

Yoga-Tabata Fusion

What is it?

A fusion class taking the principles of yoga and the timing concept of tabatta.  40 seconds of active yoga posing with 20seconds of static holds.  The movements are slow and controlled, but boy will you feel the burn!

What does it do?

Tabata training is touted as being the best forms of exercise for losing weight, it builds endurance, stamina and endurance.  It focuses the body and mind, who doesn’t need more focus in their life?

How will I feel?

You will feel like you have worked every single muscle in your body.  Not the big muscles that often fatigue in our Amped class, but the small, functional muscles that no-one ever talks about.
